We’re looking for A Buyers Administration Assistant to join our Accessorize buying department, who are passionate about design, fashion and trends.

What will you do as a Buyers Administration Assistant?

Working with the Buying team, you will process orders and be responsible for updating the critical path and maintaining the delivery schedule.  You will assist with the day to day running of the buying office and will be communicating with other departments. Ensure all cost price and discount amendments are processed is also key to the role.  You will maintain a best seller rail and manage sample storage for the team.  Working with the buying team, you will ensure the approval process runs smoothly and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers. You will investigate product issues with branches and resolve issues with the technical team.

What you will need to succeed as a Buyers Administration Assistant?

• Previous buying experience and/or a design qualification within fashion is preferable
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A self motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
• Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
