This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic digital marketer to take the next step in their career and define the digital experience in a global business working across 3 brands: Monsoon, Monsoon Childrens and Accessorize.  Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the digital marketing strategy with a focus on the retention and engagement of customers.

You will be strategic but creative coming from an email and digital marketing background. You will have a strong understanding of building customer advocacy and driving commercial results from highly targeted and tactical email campaigns to support trade and achieve database growth, whilst ensuring best practices are adopted.

This role will also focus on the development of other digital marketing channels such as Social to ensure communications are aligned and engaging whilst maximising ROI and driving acquisition performance.

You will work closely with multiple teams including CRM, Trade, Design and Buying as well as external agencies to ensure campaigns are both impactful and personalised to that customer or channel. In addition to this, you will be integral in providing useful and actionable insights to support future performance and the improving the digital strategy through an active test and learn approach.

What will you need to succeed as a Digital Marketing Manager?
•Experience of defining, leading and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results
•Email marketing experience and other paid digital channels (social media experience is desired)
•Excellent communication skills, with solid experience in stakeholder management being key
•Strong numerate and analytical skills
•Proficient in using Google Analytics (or similar)
•Experience in working with ESPs (SalesForce experience is desired)
•Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a solid attention to detail
•Well organised, proactive and able to work off own initiative
•Strong team player with a positive attitude
