We’re looking for Merchandising Admin Assistants to join our Monsoon Accessorize Merchandising department.  We are looking for individuals with analytical minds and with great attention to detail.

What will you do as a Merchandising Admin Assistant?

Ensure the efficient running of the merchandising office, producing and circulating weekly and adhoc analysis. Monitors, chases and amends orders, to ensure the delivery schedule is accurately maintained. Ensures all administration is carried out accurately and effectively manages markdown and promotion administration. Communicate daily with the team, including Assistant Merchandisers and Junior Merchandisers, as well as liaising with the Branch Merchandising team and Buying team. Create reports and analysis that provide accurate data for the team to assist with range building. Update the WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake) and assist in departmental forecasting. Maintain an awareness of current issues within the brand and the impact it has on the team and come up with creative solutions when needed.

What you will need to succeed as a Merchandising Admin Assistant?

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities own workload with administrative ability
• Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions 
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A self motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
• Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel – use of V-Look ups) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in working within fashion retail
