Our Customer team have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to help drive customer loyalty and retention across the multi-channel CRM strategy for both the Monsoon and Accessorize brands.    It couldn't be a better time to join, as we have just re-launched our Reward Programmes and this person will play a key role in delivering our ambitious CRM strategy. 

This role would be perfectly suited to a CRM Assistant or Executive from either an e-mail marketing or loyalty background who has a keen interest in customer loyalty and campaign management.

What will you do as CRM Executive?

  • Assist the CRM Manager with the delivery of the CRM strategy
  • Implement CRM campaigns across multiple channels; email, SMS, mobile push, direct marketing
  • Ensure that all campaigns are relevant & targeted, working with the Email Marketing team to maximise customer retention targets
  • Manage the end to end briefing to delivery process for new targeted CRM communications
  • Build customer lifecycle journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building data selections to drive customer retention & loyalty status.
  • Identifying customer life cycle and mission opportunities
  • Support the CRM Manager in the customer contact strategy development roadmap
  • Ensure that all campaigns are cohesive & consistent with the Monsoon Reward Members’ club and the Accessorize Treats Club
  • Day to Day management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with the customer analytics team to ensure the business has clear visibility of customers metrics & KPI’s
  • Support the Senior CRM Manager, Customer Insight Manager and Customer Analyst to develop best in class customer segmentation
  • Work with relevant teams to improve customer data capture in-store and online
  • Continuously think of ways to automate campaigns and reports to simplify processes

What you will need to succeed in this role?

  • Experience in CRM at an Assistant or Executive level
  • Extensive knowledge of data protection & GDPR to ensure the business is compliant
  • Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated, driven and works on their initiative
  • Educated to degree level (specialism in CRM/Marketing)
  • Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
  • Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential
