We have an exciting opportunity to join our Accessorize Buying team as a Buyers Administration Assistant on our Jewellery department. This is an entry level position within our Buying team.  If you have Fashion, Buying or Design related studies and have acquired some buying work experience or have completed a buying placement then we would like to hear from you.

What will you do as a Buyers Administration Assistant?
Working with the Assistant Buyer and Buyer, you will support the team with administration including accurately processing orders, updating the critical path and maintaining the delivery schedule.  You will ensure that all cost price and discount amendments are processed, and bestseller products and sample storage is maintained for the team.  You will also regularly liaise with suppliers and ensure that the approval process runs smoothly, in order to avoid any possible delays.

What you will need to succeed in this role?
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject such as Fashion, Buying or Design
• Previous Buying work or internship experience within Fashion Retail is desirable
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
• Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A self motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
• Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
