We are looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader to join our team to cover a maternity leave. The main purpose of the role is to lead a team to provide high quality support, service and advice through transactional excellence.

 

What will you do as a HR Shared Services Team Leader?

  • Lead the HR Shared Services team in the accurate, consistent and effective delivery of HR transactional activity
  • Deliver high levels of service to all Head Office, Retail, DC and external customers
  • Provide statistical analysis of HR Shared Services performance against agreed KPIs
  • Responsible for first line support, advice and query resolution for employees and the business in relation to HR matters
  • Build relationships at all levels to ensure customer service excellence
  • Manage all HRSS communications and HR mail-outs
  • Ownership, maintenance and continuous review of HR Shared Services responsibilities
  • Responsible for HR and Payroll data on Harbour, Resourcelink, Intellinet and TMS
  • Responsibility for HR and Directors monthly payroll administration
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly scheduled reports

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio
  • Able to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels

  • Maintains confidentiality and has excellent attention to detail
