We are looking for a Retail Talent Acquisition Advisor to help deliver a high-quality proactive recruitment service.

What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Advisor?

  • Provide a tailored and consultative service to stakeholders, ensuring that the specific needs of each vacancy are met
  • Establish solutions at Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and supervisor level, including promoting moves from Retail into Head Office, as well as seeking out high-potential retail candidates directly
  • Provide information and advice to the business with regards to the recruitment market place and current trends
  • Effectively search the Talent Bank, LinkedIn and job board CV databases to approach passive retail candidates directly
  • Maximize the potential of appropriate social media channels such as; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. to build and maintain networks to drive candidates directly to Monsoon Accessorize

What will you need to succeed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor?

  • Excellent Communication skills combined with a flexible and positive approach
  • Proven ability of direct hiring methods, including LinkedIn, headhunting and talent pipelining
  • Ability to build relationships and credibility with Stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Fashion retail Recruitment agency or in-house experience
  • Experience of Retail recruitment would be an advantage
