We have an exciting opportunity to join our Accessorize Buying team as a Buyers Administration Assistant on our Seasonal & Stationary department. This is an entry level position within our Buying team.  If you have Fashion, Buying or Design related studies and have acquired some buying work experience or have completed a buying placement then we would like to hear from you.

What will you do as a Buyers Administration Assistant?
Working with the Assistant Buyer, you will accurately process orders.  You will also be responsible for updating the critical path and maintaining the delivery schedule.  Ensuring all cost price and discount amendments are processed is also key to the role.  You will maintain a best seller rail and manage sample storage for the team.  Working with the buyer or assistant buyer, you will ensure the approval process runs smoothly and will liaise with suppliers.

What you will need to succeed as a Buyers Administration Assistant?
• You will have Fashion, Buying or Design related studies
• Previous buying work experience or completion of a buying placement within fashion is desirable
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
• Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A self motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
• Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
