There will be significant investment in Technology over the next 4 years as the business continues to grow and we are looking for a talented Service Delivery Analyst to join us.

This role will be a key part of our Service Delivery team, responsible for the support and on-going investigation of IT operations and services within the Head Office, Distribution Centre and elements of the Retail Estate within Monsoon Accessorize.

As part of the Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all external customers and internal end users are receiving best practice support together with ITIL-based delivery services.  You will also be responsible for the management and repair of hardware, software and infrastructure support throughout the Technology estate, as well as international sites where required.

What will you do as a Service Delivery Analyst?

On-going review and development of support methodologies.
Support and analyse all ITIL support processes.
Support of all technology platforms and services including; desktop computers (PCs and Macs), telephone systems, mobile devices, laptop devices, printing and copying devices, administering PNT job board, administering the Mail Security gateway, MS Office and other company applications, support and administration of anti-virus system.
Administering Starters and Leavers processes.
Support and management of intranet and extranet.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

Previous experience within a 1st / 2nd line Service Delivery or Helpdesk position
Technically adept
An awareness of ITIL and other service methodologies (desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written communication
Understanding of Retail IT
Strong customer focus
