As we continue to evolve our multichannel business across stores, international markets and digital partnerships, we're looking for an experienced Channel Merchandising Lead to play a key role in driving our commercial performance and growth.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the merchandising strategy across a diverse portfolio of channels, ensuring that the right products are available in the right place, at the right time.
Working closely with Buying, Core Merchandising, Retail, Digital, International and Finance teams, you'll translate central assortment strategies into commercially successful channel plans that deliver sales, profit and stock productivity. You'll use insight, analysis and strong trading judgement to optimise performance while maintaining the integrity of the Accessorize brand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading channel merchandising plans across stores, international markets and third-party marketplaces.
- Driving sales, profit and stock performance through effective forecasting, planning and trading.
- Developing channel-specific assortments that meet customer and market needs.
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve availability, productivity and full-price sell-through.
- Partnering with Retail, Buying, Digital and International teams to deliver commercial results.
- Supporting international growth and new market initiatives.
- Leading, coaching and developing merchandising team members.
- Using customer, market and trading insights to influence future strategies and investment decisions.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a commercially minded merchandising leader with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
You'll bring:
- Significant merchandising experience within fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience managing product ranges, trading performance and stock investment.
- A proven ability to deliver sales, margin and stock objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience of international retail markets, marketplaces and multichannel trading would be highly advantageous.
