We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in our newly re-fitted Harrogate store!
This role will support the Store Manager in the delivery of visual excellence through layout and window execution, visual operations and commercial analysis and supports the Store Manager in the delivery of excellent customer service and operational standards.
What are we looking for in you?
- Demonstrate customer focus – delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do
- Experience within a visual merchandising, Deputy Store Manager or Supervisor role in a fashion retail environment
- A proven ability to deliver visual excellence in a fast - paced retail environment
- Confident to lead by example - inspiring your team to make Accessorize a great place for all who work and shop with us
- Someone who demonstrates passion for the Accessorize brand, drive and resilience, with a can – do approach
- A solution driven Individual, with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business, with a sense of ownership to take responsibility
- Able to communicate openly and effectively, fostering relationships both internally and externally across the business
In this role you will:
- Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance thorough delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the Accessorize values
- Generate profit, through exceeding those KPIs
- Plan and execute product launches, layouts, and windows to brand guidelines and ensure visuals are to a high standard and well maintained
- Ensure the teams are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles
- Support the management team in maximising commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
- Analyse commercial results and opportunities, taking appropriate actions to drive performance and provide quality feedback as required.
- Be an expert on product, ensuring store team is knowledgeable on product and able to utilise knowledge to drive performance.
- We offer piercing to our customers, and you would promote and deliver this with your team
- Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal
