We're Hiring! Regional Business Manager – East Region
Are you a passionate leader with a love for fashion, people, and performance? Monsoon Accessorize is looking for a Regional Business Manager to take our East Region (Essex/Kent/Norfolk/Suffolk/Sussex…) to the next level!
What’s the role?
You’ll oversee 40 stores inspiring and empowering the teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive strong commercial results, and elevate our brand’s presence. Your leadership will be key in ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and continuous business growth.

- Proven retail leadership experience as a Regional or Area Manager
- A strong leader who inspires, develops, and motivates teams
- A commercial mindset, with a focus on driving sales and maximizing profit
- Passion for creating a high-performance culture, fostering an environment where exceptional customer service is the norm
- Ability to engage and empower teams, driving them to exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
