We now have an exciting new role as an IT Projects Assistant to support the Technology team in Head Office. This role will support the the Product Owner with exciting new projects from delivery to execution, working closely with our retail stores. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone looking to step into a project and admin focused role with an interest in the Technology space. Training will be provided. 

What will you be doing as an IT Projects Assistant: 

  • Administrative Duties - Provide general administrative support to the project teams including the preparation and updating of deployment plans and schedules and updating vendors where required. 
  • Data Management - Collecting, sorting, and filing project data, ensuring it is accessible to relevant team members
  • Testing – Support the UAT testing for multiple projects to ensure systems are functioning as expected and meet the required specifications and feedback any defects
  • Troubleshooting - assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues

We would love to hear from you if you have the following: 

  • Experience and/or demonstratable interest in retail.
  • Educated in IT or equivalent to at least A-Level
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Packages (Excel) 
  • Clear and simple written and spoken communication.
  • Reliable and resilient

Desirable

  • Experience in a previous IT support or project role
