We’re looking an Buyers Administration Assistant to join our Monsoon Buying Childrenswear team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and support the team to develop a balanced and commercial product range for the Monsoon brand. 

What will you do as a BAA?

  • You will maintain samples in preparation for E com shoots.
  • Transfer E com imagery from vendor 
  • Raising purchase orders
  • To manage Pin for enrichment
  • To assist with the onboarding of new suppliers
  • To assist on packaging and labelling requirements
  • To chase legal agreements
  • To input into the BBcat the cost and retails
  • To be point of call with vendors and liaise with suppliers with repeat orders  
  • To create sales reports
  • To confirm buying samples against production

What you will need to succeed as a BAA?

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
  • Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions 
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A self-motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
  • Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience as BAA is preferable
