We have an exciting opportunity for a International Project Manager to join our Store Design and Development team. This role will manage the construction process of international projects across all formats and brands and assist in the cost tracking, programming, and raising of purchase orders for all projects.

What will you do as our International Project Manager?

  • Manage, monitor and liase with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure the effective construction process for international store openings and refurbishments, from initial viability to delivery to the retail teams ensuring timely completion within budget. 
  • Create and manage call off schedules for projects and assist international partners with fixture delivery arrangements where needed. 
  • Liase with the design team on the costing of feasibility layouts and the production of technical working drawings for projects. 
  • Track project spend across all projects. 
  • Maintain an accurate project programme with flexibility to condense timelines deemed business critical. 
  • Ensure all building works are undertaken with the necessary consents, building controls and compliant with local health and safety requirements (UK as minimum standard) 
  • Raise purchase orders and track payment for all projects and partners. 

What will you need to succeed as our International Project Manager? 

  • Experience within Retail Project management essential.
  • International project management experience desired.  
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation and personal skills 
  • Sound knowledge of best practice within the UK construction industry 
  • Strong communication skills and financial acumen 
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office programmes.
  • Flexibility to travel in the UK and Internationally
