We are now looking for an Systems Analyst to join our Technology team at Monsoon. This will be a business facing role, responsible for delivering Island Pacific, EDI and PIM support. The role will ensure accurate, smooth processing between systems.
What you will do as our Systems Analyst?
- Deliver admin support of the POS and ERP systesms
- Checking and investigating held orders on customer portal.
- Liaising with users for changes and queries
- Manually acknowledging old orders and rejecting customer cancellation requests on marketplace portals
- Investigating late customer orders on systems
- Raising tickets with portal helpdesks where necessary
- Liaising with Merchandising/Buying/Brands teams where necessary, e.g. updating item SKU number on their side of the system
- Pimberly PIM system support
- Covering EPOS and I.T. support teams where needed
What you will need to succeed as our Systems Analyst?
- Proven experience of working in the retail space supporting listed software.
- Excellent communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to explain complex logic to non-technical audiences.
- Highly numerate and excited to work with data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items.
- Possesses a positive “can do” attitude and can think outside the box to overcome obstacles.
- Possesses a “business head” with a focus on profit.
- Plans and prioritises effectively on a short, medium and long term basis.
- Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Behaves consistently and with integrity always.
- IT & EPOS support experience
