A Monsoon/Accessorize Customer Insight Analyst is responsible for delivering data-led insight to support the brands in building engagement, driving value, and understanding of our existing customers and prospects. The role will involve working closely with many business functions from product, marketing, and finance, utilising sound analytical and statistical best practices to champion the customer in decision making processes.

What will you do as our Customer Insight Analyst?
- Deliver key data-led analytical projects to help drive engagement and value of customers (both existing and prospective), and build understanding of who and how we serve them
- Exploration of large customer, transactional, and market based data sets to identify and deliver key insights, enabling stakeholders to make business decisions with confidence based on data
- Creation of clear outputs and recommendations from complex data and analysis, telling the narrative to our stakeholders of who our customers are, what is important to them, how best we can serve them and how we can improve their overall experience
- Understanding how customers behave across different channels (ecommerce, brick and mortar, international) within both Monsoon and Accessorize
- Working closely with marketing and CRM on testing strategies and segmentation approaches
- Working with multiple functions across the business to understand how better customer insight could improve their decision making processes and planning
- Pro-actively gather requirements through workshops, group sessions and/or use other techniques to identify business needs with stakeholders of all levels
What will you need to be able to demonstrate to be successful in this role?
- Experience working as an Insight analyst, ideally with customer specific experience (within retail environment preferable), and in online retail/ecommerce
- High standard of SQL, with experience of Google’s with Google’s suite of web, analytical and marketing tools
- Knowledge and experience of BigQuery/Python/R advantageous but not essential
- Excellent analytical skills, with sound statistical knowledge and a high degree of business acumen
- Experience with A/B testing is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to communicate clearly with Snr Management
- Experience with BI tools such as Micro Strategy, Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
