We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing biddable media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

What will do you do as a Digital Marketing Manager?

  • Develop and manage biddable media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Search Ads, Social Ads, and programmatic display.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven bidding strategies that optimize campaign performance.
  • Use your expertise to develop advanced tracking and tagging solutions to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
  • Manage our 3rd party providers across Performance marketing and Feed management
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and creative that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on campaign performance, including identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new platforms and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure that biddable media campaigns are aligned with business goals.

 

What will do need to succeed as a Digital Marketing Manager?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing biddable media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong technical background.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic display, with experience managing budgets.
  • Experience with tracking and tagging solutions, such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SQL advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Naturally curious
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
