We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support with the construction process of UK & International projects, capitalised maintenance projects and store closures, mainly assisting in cost tracking, raising of purchase orders, tracking of orders and kit deliveries to store for all projects.


What you will you do as our Junior Project Manager?

  • Raise purchase orders and track payment for all projects.
  • Track projects spend in the UK and International
  • Report monthly to stakeholders’ budget costs and updates
  • Support the project manager in managing, monitoring, and liaising with the contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure an effective construction process for UK and international store openings and refurbishments, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Monitor and manage call off schedules for projects and assist international partners with fixture delivery and arrangements where needed.
  • Manage and deliver the project process for UK and International Store Closures
  • Ensure all building works are undertaken with the necessary consents, building controls and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Monitor ad review progress of build vs costs regularly during projects to ensure costs are contained within budgets.

What will you need to succeed as our Junior Project Manager?

  • Retail Project management experience is desirable, preferably in a store design/construction role or similar.
  • Knowledgeable of best practice within the construction industry
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and financial acumen
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, and Excel
  • Resilient, with a can-do approach
