We are looking for a Project Manager to support with managing the construction process of UK & International projects, capitalised maintenance projects and store closures, assisting in cost tracking and raising of purchase orders for all projects.

What you will do as our Project Manager (Store Development)?

  • Support with managing, monitor and liaise with the contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure an effective construction process for UK & International store openings and refurbishments. From initial viability through to delivery to the retail team ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Create and manage call off schedules for projects and assist International partners with fixture delivery arrangements where needed.
  • Liaise with the design team on the costing of feasibility layouts, and the production of the technical working drawings for projects.
  • Manage and deliver the project process for UK & International store closures.
  • Track project spend across all projects
  • Maintain an accurate project programme with flexibility to condense timelines deemed business critical.
  • Ensure all building works are undertaken with the necessary consents, building controls and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Raise purchase orders and track payment for all projects.
  • Monitor and review progress of build versus costs regularly during projects to ensure costs are contained within budgets.
  • Manage, maintain and circulate project update document

What will you need to succeed as our Project Manager (Store Development)?

  • Retail project management experience is essential, preferably in the store design/construction world.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast pace environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of best practice within the construction industry
  • Good communication skills and strong financial acumen.
  • Resilient with a can-do approach.
