We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the Accessorize digital team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM in the development of Digital channels including (but not limited to) paid social and paid search and affiliates. Understanding how each channel can be optimised to achieve web demand and traffic targets for the business.

What will you do as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive?

  • Main objective is to drive quality traffic to the Accessorize website whilst optimizing to MOAS, ROAS and cost of acquisition.
  • Management of the day-to-day account with our paid agency, overseeing activity across paid search and paid social, including weekly/monthly campaign schedules.
  • Management of the day-to-day account with our affiliate agency, liaising with account manager and validating sales for affiliates.
  • Manage the student platform, liaising with account manager to manage student promotions.
  • Support the Head of DM/CRM with weekly reporting of performance across paid channels
  • Provide the Creative Team with detailed briefs around the required digital assets to ensure campaigns are successful.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing/CRM to develop and manage an on-going test plan in paid social and PPC (including feed management).
  • Work with the CRM team to regularly refresh digital marketing audiences and support on ad-hoc CRM/Social projects (lead generation, e-receipts)
  • Liaising closely with Trade and Creative teams on product selection for paid social, PPC, and affiliate advertising.
  • Work with the Store team to manage our online presence for the stores across Google/Facebook, through YEXT and Google my business.
  • Leveraging insight provided by insights and analytics that will improve channel and supplier performance.
  • Monitor the competitor landscape
  • Actively explore and feedback on new commercial opportunities.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive?

  • A strong interest in fashion and retail.
  • Passionate about marketing and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Proficient in MS applications, particularly Microsoft excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
  • A proactive team player, willing use own initiative and step outside of your job description if necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • A creative approach to problem solving.
  • Highly detail oriented able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics is desirable.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant subject would be desirable.
  • 1-2 year working in a similar role in digital marketing would be desirable.
