We are looking for an International Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our team who will help to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience for our International websites and also UK website and ultimately drive profitable growth in this channel.

What will you do as an International Ecommerce Trading Executive?

  • You will help optimise sessions, conversion, sales and profitability of our international web business through assisting and completing the daily activities required to market and trade effectively
  • Report and monitor sessions, conversion, sales and other key metrics and contribute to the analysis of these in the departmental trade meetings
  • Assist with weekly reporting at Brand, category and product level
  • Work with our marketing agency to optimise the return on international marketing spend – paid search, paid social – especially for the US site, but also for other key international sites like Germany and France
  • Work with SEO agency to ensure the US & International sites are optimised to drive organic traffic
  • Work with translation agency to ensure translation of key international sites (Germany, France) from English to local language and monitor quality through customer interaction/feedback
  • Manage, monitor and report on product feedback
  • Monitor our key international sites to ensure that our products are fully represented across all relevant categories
  • Work with our 3rd Party International Ecommerce supplier as needed to ensure a commercial and accurate Delivery and Returns proposition.
  • Ensure data integrity within the product catalogue, becoming a super user for our PIM (Product Information Management) system.
  • Work with Trading team to ensure all processes are completed daily/weekly/monthly to allow for optimal site operations with ability to suggest process improvements to maximise efficiency.
  • Work with Trading Assistant to ensure all products are live on the website in a timely manner through management of the product enrichment process, making sure all data is optimised.
  • Managing category and search pages, including filtering – ensuring the customer journey is as seamless as possible and all products are easily shoppable.
  • Maintaining & optimising Site Navigation for best product representation whilst ensuring SEO and site user experience (UX) are optimised within the web platform capabilities.
  • Maintenance of the website taxonomy, URL structure & meta-data
  • Conduct content checks to maintain impeccable customer experience and legitimacy of the site
  • Execution & testing of promotions and price changes
  • Support the Ecommerce Trading Assistant with weekly briefing and executing on-site updates to support a reactive Trading plan
  • Contribute ideas to support commercial and seasonal opportunities
  • Liaising and working with key stakeholders across the business, including Merchandising, Buying, Digital Marketing, CRM, IT, Design and Development
  • Manage the start to end process of executing external brands on all sites, ensuring these brands are getting the exposure they warrant both on the site and via other channels

What you will need to succeed as an International Ecommerce Trading Executive?

  • Strong numeric and Excel skills
  • Marketplace experience is desirable
  • Systems experience – Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Pimberly & Google Analytics preferred but not essential
  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to build strong & effective relationships
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, easily identifying issues and trends
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, can plan and prioritise effectively
  • Detail orientated
  • Active team player who drives own development
  • Time management with the ability to multitask
  • A passion for Ecommerce, Fashion & Retail is desirable
