We’re looking a Junior POS and Retail Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity, in this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all display material is in place for all of our UK and International stores.

What you will do as a Junior POS and Retail Marketing Manager?

In this role you will ensure that all display material including monthly windows, In-store graphics, point of sale trade and event messages are ordered in line with the critical path, within budget and delivered to all UK and international stores. This role will also support the the retail marketing strategy by liasing with shopping centres to roll out appropriate assets in line with Accessorize Brand focuses across print, social and digital.

The key roles and responsibilties will include:

  • Responsibility of ensuring that UK and International stores receive the correct windows props/graphics each month
  • Liaise with the Creative and VM teams in order to obtain a brief for windows, promotions and seasonal POS requirements
  • Create monthly allocation spreadsheets for all UK and international stores and ensuring the store portfolio is kept up to date
  • Liaise with international teams to ascertain which markets require windows and to ensure that windows are culturally and legally compliant.
  • Ensure budgets are managed and costs monitored/challenged
  • Manage the PO process for all signage including raising, receipting and tracking all costs
  • Review and monitor supply chain at all times and actively looks for new suppliers to fit brand needs
  • Manage all supplier relationships ensuring standards are met and any issues raised and resolved in a timely manner
  • Brief the DC on any signage arriving at the DC for onward shipping and create commercial invoices for the DC for any signage going to relevant locations
  • Generate an international non-stock despatch spreadsheet for all international stores
  • Upload check off sheets for windows and open artwork of relevant signage for partners to use on the International comms tool
  • Produce communication to all parties on window and POS delivery allocation
  • Send required files to the Digital Screen supplier for selected store windows
  • Continue to build the contact database for all Marketing departments covering UK stores (shopping centres, high streets, stations, and airports)
  • Remain in regular contact with all marketing teams above to communicate our brand messages, promotions, and product initiatives
  • Support with briefing in all design requirements on Trello to ensure we have the correct assets to share each time
