We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our equally passionate HR team, initially on a 6 month contract. Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide first class recruitment services to a variety of departments across our Head Office teams through being a trusted specialist in their area of expertise.

What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist?

  • Effectively deliver recruitment processes to support our Head Office recruiting managers from initial brief to hire; ensuring the needs of each vacancy is being met and candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
  • Effectively use recruitment tools such as Talent Bank, LinkedIn and job board CV data bases to deliver effective and commercial recruitment campaigns.
  • Maximise the potential of appropriate social media channels, such as LinkedIn to build and maintain networks to drive candidates directly to Monsoon Accessorize.
  • Offer an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.
  • Ensure Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is at the fore front in our recruitment practice.
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with and ensuring all legal requirements are complied with in regard to recruitment.
  • Be innovative in approach to recruitment and propose ideas and implement improvements to attraction and the candidate experience.
  • Review and update recruitment tools to ensure that they are meeting the business needs.
  • Ensure the Monsoon Accessorize career website is up to date.
  • Build positive working relationships with external support, e.g., agencies, colleges etc.
  • Accurate creation of contracts and documents associated with onboarding process.
  • Responsible to check Right to Work documentation for candidates.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Relevant recruitment experience, ideally with previous experience recruiting for Head Office roles within the fashion retail sector.
  • Customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality service on time, every time.
  • Great interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload.
  • A Flexible, adaptable and  ‘can do’ mindset, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done.
  • Enjoy working a part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of software, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
