We’re looking for Buyers Admin Assistants to join our Accessorize Buying team. We are looking for individuals passionate about fashion and deliver great product to the customer.

What will you do as a BAA?

  • Working with the Buying team, you will accurately process orders and be responsible for updating the critical path. 
  • Assist with the day to day running of the buying office and accurately communicate with other departments to ensure that all product is available to our customers.
  • Ensuring all cost price and discount amendments are processed in a timely manner is also key to the role. 
  • You will maintain samples and manage this for the team. 
  • Working with the buying team, you will ensure the approval process runs smoothly and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers

What you will need to succeed as a BAA?

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
  • Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions 
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A self-motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
  • Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience as BAA is preferable
