We are looking for an International Ecommerce Assistant to join our team to deliver great product and great service to our International Websites and deliver growth in this channel.

What will you do as our International Ecommerce Assistant? 

  • You will help optimise sessions, conversion, sales and profitability of our international web business through assisting and completing the daily activities required to market and trade effectively
  • Report and monitor sessions, conversion, sales and other key metrics and contribute to the analysis of these in the departmental trade meetings
  • Assist with weekly reporting at Brand, category and product level
  • Work with our marketing agency to optimise the return on international marketing spend – paid search, paid social – especially for the US site, but also for other key international sites like Germany and France
  • Work with SEO agency to ensure the US & International sites are optimised to drive organic traffic
  • Create and maintain promotions and price changes
  • Work with translation agency to ensure translation of key international sites (Germany, France) from English to local language and monitor quality through customer interaction/feedback
  • Manage, monitor and report on product feedback
  • Monitor our key international sites to ensure that our products are fully represented across all relevant categories
  • Work with Brand & UK trade team to optimise the merchandising of product categories and product enrichment process
  • Work in numerous systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM) to resolve any issues that arise
  • Work with our 3rd Party International Ecommerce supplier as needed to ensure a commercial and accurate Delivery and Returns proposition.

What you will need to succeed as our International Ecommerce Assistant:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good level of competency with Excel
  • Time management with the ability to multitask
  • Develop excellent product knowledge for the areas you are responsible for
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Be a good communicator and work well with others
  • Language skills (particularly German and French) would be advantageous
  • Experience in digital marketing is desirable
  • Experience in data manipulation is desirable
  • A passion for fashion and retail is desirable
