We’re excited to be looking for a Channel Merchandising Assistant to join our Monsoon Merchandising team.  We are looking for individuals with analytical minds and have an interest in Fashion and Retail. You will support the efficient running of the core merchandising and channel merchandising function, completing store and online stock allocations, wholesale admin and maintaining product data and MS reporting.  


What will you do as a Channel Merchandising Assistant?

  • Complete weekly stock pushes by channel, building stocks for key event periods (i.e. Reward events/Ramadan/MSS/ESS) 
  • Support core merchandising team as required with allocating new product intake. 
  • Load new season and push grade tables on the system, and maintain stores included. 
  • Oversee stock allocations/extensions/product removals for Boutique stores 
  • Complete weekly allocations/replenishment for UK outlet stores. 
  • Complete allocations for new UK/International stores, store upgrades and concession trade extensions  
  • Complete weekly admin for wholesale including QVC spec cards. 
  • Complete weekly checks to ensure that product data is complete on the system to allow the website, concessions and QVC enrichment to launch products on time, and to ensure that MS reporting is accurate. 
  • Maintain core merchandising and concession weekly reporting (using excel and MS), updating for new seasons, running historical data, and circulating weekly where appropriate. 
  • Work with other functions in the business to ensure the end to end process of getting products live is as seamless as possible. 
  • Support with loading MD/POS onto the system for UK and International stores.
