Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.

We are now looking for a Head of Property to join our team to develop and successfully deliver the Property strategy for our estates in the UK, ROI and Europe.

What you will do as our Head of Property?

  • Be responsible for all property-related matters within the group, including the stores, head offices, warehouse and the wider estate.
  • Play a lead role in shaping and delivering the property plan including acquisitions to ensure the business is in the right locations to maximise sales and profitability
  • Develop / Manage the process on service charge, business rates & insurance to ensure these are as cost effective as possible for the business.
  • Negotiate directly with landlords on lease terms, both financial and contractual to ensure the most cost-effective management of the portfolio.
  • Manage the businesses legal advisors / suppliers to ensure optimum lease wording
  • Own the Property database to ensure all information is kept up to date.
  • Research and provide data relating to footfall, market share/opportunities and identify other measurement criteria that will enable the Company to evaluate sites in high street, shopping centre and transportation hub locations.
  • Line manage, develop and mentor a team of 2 direct reports.

What you will need to succeed as our Head of Property?

  • Significant experience in a “hands-on” property role negotiating with landlords and their surveyors directly.
  • A strong understanding of the wider retail property market trends as well as local market conditions.
  • Great Commercial acumen and understanding of numbers.
  • Effective communications skills, including with Senior Directors/owners.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing a small team.
  • Existing relationships with major retail landlords and a network of Contacts within the UK property market
  • MRICS qualification would be desirable
