We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the digital development roadmap from identifying and prioritising opportunities, to scoping and capturing requirements, to project managing on-time & budget delivery.

What you will do as our Senior Digital Product Manager?

  • Own the Monsoon Accessorize digital platform development strategy/roadmap
  • Scope ranges from bug fixes, to functionality improvements (including testing), to new third party integrations
  • Focus on driving revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Identify key issues to fix via new opportunities, features & enhancements
  • Build business cases to support project prioritisation and quantify return on investment (data, metrics, KPI’s)
  • Capture business requirements for projects
  • Define scope; map out customer site experience
  • Hand over to IT/Tech to detail tech requirements
  • Build project timelines: actions, owners, dates (Gantt chart)
  • Own day-to-day co-ordination within the Digital team to ensure on-time delivery and configuration
  • Track project KPI performance vs business case to validate success
  • Project Manage delivery of roadmap
  • Own transition of delivered projects from development to BA
  • Produce documentation and provide training as required for BAU
  • Own relationship with certain key third party partners to help identify opportunities and support testing (Conversio, Qubit)

What will you need to succeed as our Senior Digital Product Manager?

  • Experience in a similar role; or combination of roles covering IT/tech/dev, digital and project management/delivery
  • Strong customer focus, digital knowledge and technical mindset
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party agencies/partners
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management with the ability to multitask
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter; can act on own initiative, reliable and organised
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics would be advantageous
  • A passion for retail and fashion woudl be an added bonus.
