We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join the Accessorize digital team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and CRM specialist in the development of Digital channels including (but not limited to) paid social, affiliates and email marketing. Understanding how each channel can be optimised to achieve web demand and traffic targets for the business.

What will you do as a Digital Marketing Executive?

  • Main objective is to drive quality traffic to the Accessorize website whilst optimizing cost of acquisition.
  • Liaise with digital marketing and affiliate agencies on all promos / campaigns, and briefing advertising materials for paid social to internal design teams.
  • Management of the day-to-day account with affiliate agency Rakuten, liaising with account manager and validating sales for both affiliates and student provider Unidays.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage an on-going test plan in paid social and PPC (including feed management).
  • Responsible for the build, deployment, and segmentation of Accessorize weekly newsletters. Ensuring the database segmentation is appropriate, proofing all email content to ensure copy, imagery and links are accurate.
  • Liaising closely trade and content teams on product selection for paid social advertising and email marketing.
  • Sharing weekly reporting on competitor activity with regards to email marketing.
  • Management of accurate and up to date store listing information, including trading hours through Google my business.


What you will need to succeed as a Digital Marketing Executive?

  • A strong interest in fashion and retail.
  • Passionate about marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in MS applications, particularly Microsoft excel.
  • Some experience with HTML would be desired.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • A proactive team player, willing use own initiative and step outside of your job description if necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • A creative approach to problem solving.
  • Highly detail oriented able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics is desirable.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant subject would be desirable.
  • Previous ESP experience (ideal, but not essential, SFMC is a bonus), in particular building, testing and sending weekly emails.
  • +1 year working in a similar role in digital marketing or CRM function would be desirable.
