We are looking for a Digital Account Manager (Amazon) to join our team to deliver a experience to our customers on Amazon and other new online marketplaces, and deliver growth in this channel.

What you will do as our Digital Account Manager (Amazon)? 

  • Own the management of our Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) Seller accounts for Monsoon and Accessorize across both the EU and the US
  • Help optimise sales and profitability completing the daily activities required to trade effectively
  • Manage the critical path to ensure products are delivered at the optimum time to our customers. Provide regular status updates on new product uploads.
  • Ensure product detail pages are fully optimised: bullets, description, images
  • Monitor and report on customer ratings & reviews feedback
  • Create the trade calendar, manage promotional activity and price changes
  • Build promotional plans (Prime Day, Black Friday), and Amazon Advertising marketing plans
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal availability with lean stock management
  • Report and monitor sales, KPIs, marketing and promotional activity performance, and present weekly analysis of in departmental trade meetings
  • Produce annual forecasts
  • Work with a Digital Trading Assistant who will support you
  • Attend regular meetings with internal Brand teams and Photo Studio to discuss performance and processes
  • Work on new business development to add, launch and manage other leading online marketplace partners (e.g. Zalando, La Redoute)
  • Deal with all administration and issues that arise on our new digital marketplaces

What you will need to succeed as our Digital Account Manager (Amazon):

  • Previous experience working with Amazon is essential
  • Strong commercial awareness, digital knowledge, and technically minded
  • Highly analytical; excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party agencies/partners
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • High level of competency with Excel
  • Excellent time-management with the ability to multitask
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter; can act on own initiative, reliable and organised
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • A passion for fashion and retail is desirable
