We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant to join our team to deliver great product and great service to our marketplaces and deliver growth in this channel.

What you will do as our Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant? 

  • You will optimise sales and profitability of the marketplace channels, through assisting and completing the daily activities required to effectively trade the marketplace channels.
  • Report and monitor sales, key metrics and promotions and contribute to the analysis of these in the departmental trade meetings.
  • Attend regular meetings with internal Brand teams and Photo Studio to discuss performance and processes.
  • Produce Product data files for each of the marketplaces
  • Create and maintain promotions and price changes
  • Manage, monitor and report on product feedback on the marketplaces
  • Resolve any issues that arise for marketplaces
  • Monitor our concession sites to ensure that our products are fully represented across all relevant categories
  • Work with Marketplaces to optimise the merchandising of product categories
  • Assist with weekly reporting at Brand, Category and product level
  • Provide regular status updates on the new product loads
  • Manage the critical path to ensure products are delivered at the optimum time to our customers.

What you will need to succeed as our Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant?

  • Attention to detail
  • Good level competency with Excel
  • Time management with the ability to multitask
  • Have excellent product knowledge for the areas you are responsible for
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Be a good communicator and work well with others.
  • Experience working with Retail systems is desirable
  • Experience in data manipulation is desirable.
  • A passion for fashion and retail is desirable.
