We are seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join our equally passionate HR team. Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner, this role is a fully generalist role, that provides a comprehensive HR service to Monsoon Accessorize business, supporting the development of HR and business strategy. 

This role will provide exceptional service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

What you will do as our HR Advisor?

  • Create correspondence that is professional, accurate, consistent and legally compliant, meeting all internal and external SLA’s.
  • Regular update meetings/calls with relevant managers to include succession planning, ER issues, talent management and workforce planning.
  • Providing a consistent and legally compliant ER service and guidance to managers.
  • Case manages ER cases to conclusion
  • Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures and maintain and update them as necessary.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business area.
  • Effectively deliver recruitment processes to support recruiting managers from initial brief to hire, ensuring the needs of each vacancy is being met and candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
  • Effectively use recruitment tools such as Talent Bank, LinkedIn and job board CV data bases to deliver effective and commercial recruitment campaigns.
  • Maximise the potential of appropriate social media channels, such as LinkedIn to build and maintain networks to drive candidates directly to Monsoon Accessorize.
  • Offer an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.
  • Deliver learning and development solutions to the business, including inductions, and support the HR Business Partner in developing solutions to learning and development needs.
  • Support the continuous development of HR processes and workflows.
  • Work with team to deliver operational processes including pay review and succession planning.
  • Support the implementation of new policies and procedures and systems.
  • Play an active role in projects as appropriate to ensure objectives are met.
  • Work alongside the wider HR team to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met across the overall HR team.

What you will need as our HR Advisor?

  • Proven ER case management experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, including interviewing and direct hiring.
  • Maintains confidentiality and displays discretion.
  • Customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality service on time, every time.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills demonstrating the ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a flexible and positive approach.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, self-motivated and credible.
  • Customer focused and skilled influencer.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
