We are seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join our equally passionate HR team. Reporting to our Senior HRBP, this role is to provide a comprehensive HR service to Monsoon Accessorize business, supporting the development of HR and business strategy and ensure the legal compliance framework for the business is met to minimise risk and cost.  This role will provide exceptional service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.

What you will do as our HR Advisor

• Create correspondence that is professional, accurate, consistent and legally compliant, meeting all internal and external SLA’s.
• Regular update meetings/calls with relevant managers to include succession planning, ER issues, talent management and workforce planning.
• Providing a consistent and legally compliant ER service and guidance to managers.
• Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures and maintain and update them as necessary.
• Case manages ER cases to conclusion.
• Manage strategic ER / people issues, contracting in the services of specialist HR areas as required.
• Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business area.
• Support business area with disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues where specific business area knowledge is essential
• Provide a consultative service to stakeholders, ensuring that the specific needs of each vacancy are met.
• Effectively search the Talent Bank, LinkedIn and job board CV data bases to approach passive retail candidates directly.
• Maximise the potential of appropriate social media channels, such as LinkedIn to build and maintain networks to drive candidates directly to Monsoon Accessorize.
• Offer an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.
• Support the continuous development of HR processes and workflows.
• Work with team to deliver operational processes including pay review and succession planning.
• Support the implementation of new policies and procedures and systems.
• Play an active role in projects as appropriate to ensure objectives are met.
• Work alongside the wider HR team to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met across the overall HR team.

What you will need as our HR Advisor

• Proven ER case management experience.
• Proven ability of direct hiring methods.
• Maintains confidentiality and displays discretion.
• Customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality service on time, every time.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills demonstrating the ability to multi task and priortise workload.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a flexible and positive approach.
• Proven experience of interviewing.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done.
• Proactive, pragmatic, self-motivated and credible.
• Customer focused and skilled influencer.
• CIPD qualification is desirable
