Do you have at least one years of work experience or a fresh graduate with an appetite to learn? We are seeking a driven and motivated individual who loves working with data to be responsible for the product data management of the digital Marketplace proposition which supports reaching our commercial targets. This role is for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

What will you do as our Trading Assistant – Marketplaces?

Trading– Sales optimisation
• Attend regular meetings with Marketplace Brand Teams to discuss performance and processes
• Build strong working relationships with Marketplace partners to jointly drive growth for all businesses
• Manage weekly product onboarding summary
• Work with all relevant teams internally and externally to ensure that timelines are met, and new products are onboarded and trading at the right time

Proposition – Customer Offer
• Product data file production for each of the Marketplaces
• Optimisation of additional categories, attribution
• Ensure smooth continuous trading of continuity/flow lines season to season
• Coordinating the delivery of all category elements (landing pages, category banners, brand exposure via home pages, social and email) for new season launch, twice yearly

Planogram – Merchandising the Store
• Monitoring Marketplace sites to ensure that our products are fully represented across all relevant categories
• Merchandising of product categories
• Cross sales where applicable
• Product – weekly reporting at Brand, category and product level

What you will need as our Trading Assistant – Marketplaces
• Good level of competency with Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and excellent time management with the ability to multi task and manage expectations
• Ability to think commercially
• Proactive, can-do attitude

• Preferably worked for a leading high street retailer
• Fashion knowledge
• Passion for fashion retail
