We have an exciting new internal opportunity for a Retail Operations Assistant to join our Retail Operations team for 6 months. You will report directly to the Retail Operations Team Leader. You will ensure a consistent, accurate and high standard of communication to stores through the use of the internal comms tool. You will maintain a high standard of department administration leading to improved operational performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To distribute all Company communications accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • To maintain Connectus, the stores comms tool, on a daily basis.
  • To support with maintaining the administration for our piercing service, ensuring required licences are valid and up to date
  • To support with the operational aspect of Fashion Finder and ensuring SLA’s are met by all stores
  • Responsible for booking any travel and accommodation for the Retail teams, ensuring budgets managed
  • To distribute Company markdowns
  • To deal with store queries effectively.
  • To be the gate keeper for all Head Office communication going out to store
  • Assist with the management of all activity in stores
  • Assist with store incentives, bonus schemes and ensuring updates are sent
  • To update all store and Regional records including Region lists, address lists and store opening hours.
  • To ensure the internal HO Intranet is kept up to date for Retail
  • To compile and log Store Incident Reports, escalating any relevant issues to the Team Leader.
  • To support with the compilation and distribution of the Retail Planner.
  • To support with the financial aspect of Retail
  • To provide support to the Retail Operations Team Leader and Retail Operations Manager.


What you will need to be our Retail Operations Assistant;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
