We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and passionate CRM Manager to join our Monsoon Marketing team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention through developing and executing multichannel CRM strategies in order to retain customers and drive life time value.

What you will do as our CRM Manager.

• Responsible for developing and execution of the loyalty Programme for Monsoon.
• Responsible for optimising the Loyalty programmes driving improved sales performance as well as data capture and knowledge of our customers.
• Develop and execute a cohesive acquisition strategy for the loyalty programmes.
• Develop and execute a CRM Lifecycle strategy including a Welcome Programme, Nursery Programme, Re-Activation Programmes. Define and launch new customer journeys.
• Develop cross-sell and upsell activity for the digital marketing team to execute.
• Work closely with Analytics to develop best in class customer segmentation for loyalty and Non-Loyalty customers. 
• Develop Monsoon data capture strategy – working with partners such as E-Receipts.
• Continuously think of ways to automate campaigns and reports and simplify processes.
• Establish and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as the wider marketing  teams
• Managing SMS marketing.
• Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, E Commerce team and Customer Analysts in application of an RFM model and targeting.
• Work closely with the technical support team to ensure that customer systems are working effectively and that GDPR is being administered correctly.
• Working alongside the tech teams to ensure customer data is in the EDW and all customer data definitions are defined accurately.

What you will need as our CRM Manager .

• Experience in the retail sector is a distinct advantage but not essential
• Relevant degree ( specialism CRM / Marketing )
• Minimum 4 years Experience in CRM
• Pace, Energy and Passion
• Great communicator
• Resilience with a natural curiosity
• Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
• Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
• Problem navigator, solutions driven and determined to get things done.
• Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights
