We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the store in Tunbridge Wells.
Our Store Management teams are extremely customer focused, commercially minded, and have strong people management skills combined with good planning and organizing skills. We value the qualities of enthusiasm, creativity, integrity and the desire for success.
In this role you will:
• Drive the business forward through managing and developing your team – leading by example on great customer service, maintaining standards and being a brand ambassador
• Identify strengths and development needs for your team to support the Branch Manager
• Generating profit though exceeding KPI’s, and maximizing local market opportunities
• Support your store ensuring your team are motivated, knowledgeable and exceeding expectations.
This is a role that will stretch you and bring out your best qualities as you support the Branch Manager. Acting as a role model for your team, you will lead by example and make sure all staff receives a full induction and ongoing development. You must plan and deliver staff rotas and ensure payroll is processed properly. Replenishment and deliveries will be your responsibility and you must ensure that window schemes and internal displays are maintained to a high standard.
