We are looking to appoint and EPOS Support Analyst Provide 2nd line EPOS/multi-channel application support for the business and it Channels to market, e.g. Concessions and International Partners.  To manage and support third party services.  To provide SME input, support testing and go-live of new projects and changes to these systems. Support the opening and changes to the store estate, new channels and concessions as planned by the wider business. In addition to this, support of applications on instore mobile devices

 

What you will do as our EPOS Support Analyst

 

Service management with a focus on service improvement across all areas:

Communication with UK and International branches as required
Supplier management and working with third party service and support companies, including review meetings and actions
Point of escalation for Store, international and concessions issues
Resolving issues and supporting stores in various aspects from product and price issues across the Channels as well as store assisted applications
International partners testing and support from PLU issues to product and price problem resolution
PLU creation and issue resolving
Sale markdown activation and Promotion management for RJ stores and issue resolution
Manual polling of stores for data collection
Data analysis and cleansing where required
Stock control support in various aspects from stock counts to missing consignments
Staff sales roll over and reset
Store schedules, new sites, refits & closures – coordination and related tasks
Support Retail Accounts investigating queries, cash management & missing transactions
Banking/Card submission
Projects and change – Testing, SME input, operational systems take on, establishing best practice/support of training,
ITIL adopting standards for service and process improvement
Supplier SOW, Purchase Orders, invoice and cost tracking

 

What you will need to succeed as our EPOS Support Analyst

Microsoft office applications

Understanding of simple computing principles.

Methodical and detailed approach to problem solving.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated.
