We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to be responsible for maintenance management of our store estate on a 12 month FTC. Its purpose is to provide a service to our customers by providing the right shopping and working environment for our customers and staff, whilst providing value for money to the business
• What you will do as our Maintenance Manager ?
Lead and manage the service provided to both legacy and new estate to achieve business objectives.
• Management of the service provided by 3rd parties to ensure that service levels agreed are met and performance targets achieved.
• Ensure that work is correctly prioritised and delivered to plan, ensuring value for money and compliance.
• Ensure that maintenance of store estate is completed to the standard required
• Develop and deliver a regular maintenance business plan, developing business cases as and when required that are commercial.
• Monitor the delivery, productivity and efficiency of maintenance plan.
• Work closely with H&S manager to ensure compliance testing/visits are finished on time and any necessary remedial work is completed
• Ensure the correct balance between planned and reactive maintenance.
• Monitoring of maintenance KPIs to and providing clear and succinct reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular and timely financial performance updates of the maintenance budget
• Monitor our SLAs with our helpdesk provider to ensure efficiency and accuracy of service delivery


What you will need to succeed as our Maintenance Manager:
• Experience in maintenance management, processes and techniques
• Knowledge of construction methods and specification
• Knowledge of health and safety management and compliance management processes
• Knowledge of business management processes and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
• Knowledge of other functional disciplines
• Knowledge of investigation processes and techniques
• Customer focused.
• Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
• FM SLA’s and specifications
