We are looking to appoint a HR & Acquisition Coordinator to provide administration support to our HR – Retail team and assist and coordinate the end to end Retail recruitment cycle, from attracting to hiring new talent.

What you will do as our HR & Acquisition Coordinator? 

HR Activity:

• Creation of correspondence that is professional, accurate, consistent and legally compliant, meeting all internal & external SLAs.
• General letter work: change of details confirmation, invitations, and outcome of meetings
• Creation of medical report requests
• Store closure pack creation and redundancy figures calculated
• Process of all HR invoices
• Assist with organisational chart design using Visio
• Assist with any ad-hoc admin
• Recording of all vacancies and progress of the recruitment process on the Company’s ATS and internal vacancy tracker
• Recording of all ER activity on the Company’s Internal tracker management
• Analyse exit interview and labour turnover data
• Creation of employment law data reports
 

Acquisition Activity:

• Advertise new vacancies on the Company’s website and other job boards
• Review applicant CVs, in line with business briefs
• Help qualify candidates through phone screenings (telephone interviews)
• Create and deliver shortlists of candidates for recruiting Manager
• All appropriate acquisition administration completed within agreed timeframe and to the required standard including, internal tracker management, ATS management etc. 
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure acquisition process and procedures are followed accurately
• Contract creation, e-file management and on-boarding process
• Ensures feedback is given to applicants in a timely manner where appropriate
• Consistently provides a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures


What you will need to succeed as our HR & Acquisition Coordinator:
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality service on time, every time
• Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and over the telephone
• Able to use own initiate and work at pace, is flexible and adaptable
• Maintains confidentiality and displays discretion at all times
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• CIPD Qualification (Desirable)
• Previous HR and/or Recruitment experience (Desirable)
