We are looking for our next Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to join our team and this role will focus on driving high quality traffic to on-line channels, ensuring our digital agency partners are performing to a high level in order to achieve the desired on-line traffic while maintaining a strong ROAS and therefore profitable ecommerce P&L.

What you will do as our Digital Marketing & CRM Manager

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for both customer acquisition and retention delivering ROAS across the digital channels.  Responsible for the key KPI of traffic for the ecommerce site.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing execution of the loyalty Programme for Accessorize.
• Ownership of the relationships with digital agency partners to ensure all are delivering against key performance indicators.
• Build strong relationships with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure aligned with the product strategy and commercial success.
• Use your knowledge of online performance channels and biddable media to create a strategic media plan with the digital agency and define what kind of online marketing activity is required to drive traffic and grow sales on the channel successfully to meet commercial budgets / forecasts.
• With the support from the digital agency take an analytical and evidence-led approach to planning. Apply ecommerce formula to work back from the sales targets to identify traffic volumes required and therefore spend to achieve.
• With the digital agency identify the media mix, placements and campaigns that will be traffic drivers for the year e.g. paid search, retargeting, paid social, affiliates etc.
• Manage the marketing and campaign calendar for the digital channels working closely with the Marketing and Content teams.
• Manage the ecommerce media budget and ensure financial controls are in place.
• Create persuasive business plans to ensure budget commitment for digital marketing.
• Ownership of  the key word strategy
• Provide  the Creative teams with detailed briefs around the required digital assets to ensure campaigns are successful
• Build effective relationships with the other functions in marketing to implement marketing campaigns.
• Use all the available performance data to create online performance reports that demonstrate spend, ROAS and media performance from click through to product sale.
• Ensure digital agency partners provide regular updates and performance reports and review regularly against KPI’s. to ensure performance is optimised.
• Ownership of the SEO improvement programme
• Develop a cohesive CRM Lifecycle strategy including a Welcome Programme, Nursery Programme, Re-Activation Programmes
• Develop cross-sell and upsell activity, Basket Abandonment, Birthday etc. Manage the SMS channel aligned to trade plans.
• Provide application of the RFM model and support effective data segmentation.
• Ensure GDPR is fully administered.
• Work closely with the technical support team to ensure that customer systems are working effectively and that GDPR is being administered correctly.


What you will need to succeed as our Digital Marketing & CRM Manager

  •  Minimum 5 years in digital marketing experience
  •  E Mail marketing experience
  •  Experience of managing a digital marketing agencies
  •  Pace, energy and Passion
  •  Great communicator and decision maker
  •  A resilience with a natural curiosity 
  •  Analytics capability and GA experience
  •  A problem navigator , solutions driven and determined to ‘ get things done “
  •  Someone who is able to articulate a vision and take the team on the journey as well as inspiring internal support as required to meet shared goals.

If you have the following this would be a huge bonus

 

  •  Marketing Degree or equivalent
  •  Commercial awareness and ability to react decisively to the market conditions
  •  Excellent influencing and relationship management experience.
