As part of our digital transformation we are seeking an e-Commerce Data Analyst who will be responsible for investigating our business data to drive practical, relevant and actionable insights that can support our e-commerce function. This includes developing in depth reporting and analysis for the business, working on data projects to drive business performance.

What you will do as our e-commerce Analyst

• Work hand in hand with the E-Commerce Team to identify and prioritise reporting and data projects designed to drive value and change to trading and platform development of the Monsoon and Accessorize websites.
• Develop and implement a strategy for tracking key metrics and monitor market developments in the online sector.
• Monitor site performance, understanding the path to conversion and identify potential areas for growth.
• Understand the website KPI’s and uncover trading opportunities to drive performance.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in analysis of campaign performance to drive KPI’s and ROI.
• Manage the health and enhancement of the Data in and from Google Analytics
• Responsible of setting up of Goals and annotations with Google Analytics
• Support key business stakeholders by providing ad-hoc analysis.
• Responsible for making your insight actionable; explaining complex analytics to non-technical audiences and making clear recommendations on how to use your insight
• Grow domain expertise and champion data analysis.
• Be innovative with our data and technology to find new insights.
• Researching and developing industry best practice in customer insight and analytics.
• Establish and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as knowledge champion sharing analytics knowledge and techniques.
• Managing and prioritising work load to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables.

What you will need to succeed as our e-commerce Analyst

• B.Sc., Mathematics, Statistics or related subject with a significant statistical content
• 3+ years’ experience working with customer data to create insight
• Expert in Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Google Data Studio and GTM
• First class data manipulation and analytical skills using SQL
• Experience of using MicroStrategy or similar analytics tool
• Able to interpret numbers, translating them into actionable items.
• Working knowledge of data protection act
• Super Presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management - must be able to plan time effectively and prioritise
