We are looking to appoint an CRM Executive to focus on the coordination of our content and brand marketing activities and campaigns, to optimise our customer communication.

What you will do as our CRM Executive? 

• To assist the Digital & CRM Manager with the delivery of the CRM Strategy and Loyalty strategy.
• Implement CRM and Loyalty campaigns across multiple channels; email, SMS, mobile push, direct marketing
• Responsibility for the day to day co-ordination of the email communication strategy to ensure the performance of the email channel is optimised.
• Working with Marketing and Content team and Digital Marketing Manager to establish the email plan and then co-ordinate all appropriate functions in the execution of that plan to produced inspiring and commercial customer communication.
• Provide commercial forecasts for the email channel against the agreed trade plan once that has been established. Identifying any risks and opportunities.
• Manage the end to end briefing to delivery process for new targeted CRM communications.
• Work with the Ecommerce team to ensure that email and web content are aligned supporting strong customer journeys
• Work with the Ecommerce team to establish stock and product details as well as ensuring clear links on email supporting a good customer journey.
• Provide competitor analysis of emails and look for opportunities.
• Ensure a test and learn approach is adopted around decisions to ensure that data is driving the appropriate optimisation e.g. time of sends, date of sends etc.
• Report on performance of the email channel on a weekly basis.
• Build customer lifecycle journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building data selections to driving customer retention & loyalty status.
• Identifying customer life cycle and mission opportunities.
• Support the Digital & CRM manager in the customer contact strategy development roadmap.
• Ensure that all campaigns are cohesive & consistent with the Accessorize Treats Club.
• Day to day management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with the customer analytics team to ensure that the business has clear visibility of customer metrics & KPI’s
• An understanding of GDPR to ensure the business to compliant 
• Work with relevant internal teams to improve customer data capture in-store and online.
• Continuously think of ways to automate campaigns and reports and simplify processes.

What you will need to succeed as our CRM Executive:

  •  Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM and email marketing
  •  Pace, energy and passion
  •  Great communicator
  •  Resilient, with a natural curiosity
  •  A determined solution driven problem navigator
  •  Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
  •  Strong Project Management skills – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time

It would be a huge bonus if you a relevant degree, and previous experience in the Retail sector.
