We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help deliver a high-quality proactive recruitment service, with a focus on Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital, Finance and IT.

What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • Provide a tailored and consultative service to hiring Managers, ensuring that the specific needs of each vacancy are met
  • Coach, advise and constructively challenge the hiring manager and HRBP when required to ensure the job brief is relevant and achievable.
  • Provide information and advice to the hiring manager and HRBP with regards to the recruitment market place and current trends
  • Work with the wider HR Team to identify future needs, succession planning gaps and identify and build relationships with high quality external talent
  • Design focused attraction and selection plans, reducing cost and time to hire
  • Focus on direct sourcing, digital attraction and headhunting
  • Create and develop “talent pools” for each business area
  • Utilise labour turnover and leaver data to influence workforce planning
  • Promote internal career opportunities and secondments
  • Effective use of data from HR operations to inform decisions on hiring and support the up-skilling of managers in the selection process
  • Utilise digital attraction solutions such as social media including, pay-per-click search engine marketing, job boards as well as CV databases
  • Deliver analytic data on KPIs, service levels, wider employment market, as well as sourcing and channel effectiveness
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to support hiring manager recruitment training
  • Attend external networking events to keep abreast of industry related activity, improve commercial awareness & to build networks to deliver the talent agenda.
  • Maintain and develop a highly effective careers site and LinkedIn company profile with relevant content that is regularly updated
  • Lead key projects in line with the Talent Strategy

What you will need to succeed as a Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • High level recruitment and selection skills i.e. advanced interviewing, complex recruitment solutions and talent pipelining
  • Experience recruiting in IT and Ecommerce is essential
  • Able to communicate and articulate effectively at all levels
  • Exceptional listening, questioning and interviewing skills
  • Able to work in a complex process environment
  • Ability to deliver and work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Enjoy working within a team and ideally have mentoring experience
  • Strong organisational skills
