What will you do as a Business Analyst / Project Manager?

• Breed strong working relationship with business functions (and any other relevant business teams) giving them a voice within technology, through solicitation and prioritisation of requirements
• Work with key stakeholders in preparation of business case to initiate project
• Building project plan and cost estimate for project
• Management and communication of implementation plan
• Responsible for gaining budget sign-off against technology costs
• Definition of testing approach and delivery of testing through internal and 3rd party project resources
• Own definition of relevant portions of the technology roadmap alongside the business function(s)
• Understanding cross technology portfolio plans and roadmaps, recommend adjustments as new priorities emerge
• Ensuring plan, risks and finances associated with project delivery are tracked as required and made visible for governance and portfolio management purposes
• Own delivery of smaller siloed technology changes tracking timelines, budgets, scope, risk and quality during programme delivery
• Understand and contribute to management of the technology capital budgeting process
• Responsible alongside service team for operational acceptance and handover of technology into support
• Accountable for stakeholder management including project updates
• Demonstrate understanding of the technology function’s architectural standards as they develop and ensure delivery adheres to these standards
• Support the technology leadership team in recommending change prioritisation
• Represent the technology team part of company-wide project teams providing I.T. guidance and support
• Effectively manage expectations of key stakeholders throughout the life cycle of change initiatives – from inception to delivery

What you will need to succeed as a Business Analyst / Project Manager?

• Proven IT Project Management and Business Analysis experience across a broad range of retail functions
• Displays an eagerness for change, driving continuous improvement
• Personable, diplomatic and approachable, with an enthusiastic nature
• Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
• Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail but operates strategically with an understanding of the 'big picture'
• Pro-active, and pragmatic attitude, someone who welcomes a challenge and seeks a solution
