We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop, manage, optimise and improve all aspects of our innovative customer acquisition and our trading email plan.  You will manage a team of 5 to deliver strategies that will drive customer growth and conversion, using data to demonstrate incremental and attributed view of the customer journey.

You will work closely with and report into the Head of Global E-commerce, providing you with growth and development opportunities.

What will you do as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager?
• Devise and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic & revenue growth for new customers across UK and International sites.
• Management of digital marketing channels includes PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Conversion Optimisation and Social marketing.
• Management of the Marketing email program, working very closely with the CRM team to align on strategies.
• Manage relationships with key agencies and suppliers, ensuring optimum service levels delivering appropriate value exchange.
• Deliver exceptional customer focused, commercial performance over and above key business KPIs.
• Report and analyse all acquisition activity using Google Analytics and other business tools to optimise performance and inform future strategy in order to provide maximum business intelligence to encourage profitability and growth.
• Assist in creating a comprehensive acquisition model and defining key KPIs for the division with the use of attribution.
• Develop comprehensive analytical insight to help us define key, new consumer groups.
• Support with an on-going testing plan for the optimisation of e-commerce conversion.
• Ownership and management of budget allocation for all performance driven marketing channels with a clear ROI focus.
• Forecasting of marketing budget and how that impacts the total sales.
• Lead, manage and develop a high performing team.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager?
• Digital Marketing experience within a fashion retail environment
• Proven experience of E-commerce Digital marketing, planning and campaign evaluation (including e-mail, search, affiliate, social and other digital media)
• Strong business acumen, analytical and trading mind set with a results-driven focus on revenue and traffic growth
• Experience of managing and developing a team
• International experience is highly desirable
• Experience in managing 3rd parties, agencies and networks
• Entrepreneurial and innovative with a positive, can-do approach
• Agile and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert Google Analytics user
• Passionate about digital and new technology
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies such as Google
• AdWords, bid management tools, programmatic buying, conversion optimisation and running incremental tests
• Ideally to have strong knowledge of an ESP, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
