We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Shopper to join one of our flagship Monsoon Stores in Westfield White City.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan for and conduct appointments with customers to company best practice, seeing the service experience through from beginning to end
  • Occasional Store key-holder when required
  • Support with the Sales Assistant recruitment and selection process
  • During peak trade, support the Management team with the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Manage in-store events (e.g. reward card member events)
  • Generate new business by taking a proactive approach, building relationships with local businesses, networking and identifying local events to attend
  • Remain up to date with competitor activity and fashion trends
  • Ambassador of the brand through personal and colleague adherence to the uniform policy
  • Effective management of personal diary and customer record-keeping
  • Ownership of Personal Shopper suite including managing a small weekly budget for amenities and maintaining high standards within the suite
  • Provide inventory feedback
  • Works towards achieving and exceeding the Company percentage of branch sales coming from the personal shopper service and documents daily/weekly performance to communicate to management
  • Support the Management team and lead by example with Sales and Service training for new and existing team members
