Our amazing staff discount offers a substantial reduction on Monsoon Accessorize’s beautiful products ranging from our Monsoon Occasionwear and Fusion ranges to our Accessorize swimwear, woolly hats and bags. Our stunning clothes are seen, worn and loved every day by our employees. We also have fantastic sample sales throughout the year in aid of the Monsoon Trust, where you can find some superb bargains and fabulous one off pieces.

Pension

Our pension plan is open to all head office and branch management individuals who wish to join. We have an excellent relationship with our pension provider, who regularly visits our head office for one to one information sessions for anyone thinking of joining.

Season ticket loan

Monsoon Accessorize are proud to offer interest free season ticket loans for all head office staff. Season tickets are a great way of saving money on your train and tube fares and the cost is spread over the duration of the ticket. You can apply for a Season Ticket immediately upon starting with us making your journey to work as hassle free as possible where your ticket is concerned!

Cycle to work

We recently launched our Cycle to Work scheme which offers all our head office employees the opportunity to ride a tax free bike to work! We are partnered with a company called Cyclescheme Ltd, who help us run our scheme in accordance with government guidelines.

Childcare vouchers

Our childcare voucher scheme is very popular. The voucher scheme means you can apply for Childcare vouchers that are exempt from tax and NI and so allow you to save money and put this towards your childcare costs.  If you are eligible you can apply for up to £243 worth of vouchers a month!

Cars

All of our roles that require a car are provided by Lex Auto Lease who look after our car fleet, from arranging your car to be delivered to your door to having local, selected garages for services and MOTs. Having a company car with us couldn’t be easier.
