Retail Operations
Retail Operations are responsible for sending out communication to stores and field teams on a regular basis to ensure that communication is clear and concise. Retail Operations is central to our success, both regionally and at head office. Our regional teams include Regional Controllers and Area Managers. Between them, they look after all our branches nationwide, supporting each Branch Manager and their team.
Our head office retail operations team plan and produce retail documents for the branches including newsletters, bulletins and sale packs via cross departmental communication. They are also a point of contact for any queries the branches may have.
Home delivery is a key part of our retail operations team. On a daily basis, they take orders from our customers over the phone and liaise with branches to supply the right product for them. Our customer services team help with all customers queries dealing with anything from a quality issue of a product through to a health and safety question. Our website team offer assistance to our customers who have queries relating to our online shopping.
